All About Patterns
I read the entire post and the replies, but there's one question about downloading patterns that I can't seem to find an answer for; we used to be able to download the pattern as an AI file, why can't we do that anymore? That also goes to the patterns I create!
Seems like a common question but why, when I save a pattern I've colored, does it not show up? Is everyone having that problem or am I not saving correctly???
Okei, I maybe a bit stupid to ask this but it's really bugging the jeepers out of me. How can I use the same pattern twice? I mean when I go to the Creat a new pattern and then go to the coloring section I can't find the same pattern anymore! How can I find the same pattern twice? Or is there anyway to it?hi j ai le meme probleme.... i've the same problem, can you help me , thanks.

Again: "Share this Pattern" > "Get this Pattern Image" > "Preview"

Is there a way to edit a template once you have created?
The placement of the download under the Share section is quite obtuse. Who in their right mind would ever dream of looking there? No, it is not normally in this place, as actionscripted said. It is usually in the Menu area or near the image.
There is still no answer why we cannot edit the pattern that we have created. However, I think it is obvious. They want to force you to buy the product. We have seen this with other companies that pretend to provide a community use site for a cool idea. It is crippled or half-baked, and this seems to be no different.
We are writing reviews about such products on our site, so check it out in my profile. Save yourselves headaches by knowing before you waste your time. Know how much you can do with the online tool before committing your time and energy.
Why aren't there any answers to ANY of the questions here?
This group was created by a few dedicated users to be a repository of information about the site and it's tools, not to serve as a helpdesk. It is not as heavily trafficked as the forums so you are more likely to get an answer to a specific question if you post there. Additionally, this group was created for CL V3 and most topics lack updates for V4.
Currently there is no way to edit a template once it is saved. However, the feature is planned for the next version of the pattern maker tool.
Why aren't there any answers to ANY of the questions here? It appears the management doesn't care about its potential clients.

There are no answers or instructions, tutorials...
Because those that have asked the questions quickly realize thst it is pointless waiting for an answer. Been a member a day and i am out as of today, as bobtech stated "you have wasted our time!" I will be sure to blog outside this site also, what the hell is this site all about? Weird
Any help would be appreciated. I know it can be done!
I can't help without knowing which software you are using to create your vector. Is it Illustrator, or something else?
